Brianna Leigh Sharp was running cross country for her middle school when her season was cut short after being diagnosed with DIPG in 2008. Brianna lived up to the meaning of her name as she battled her tumor. Brianna means strong, brave one. Her motto was, "Start fast, finish faster. Start strong, finish stronger." She is greatly missed by her loving family.
