Our Warriors Who Inspire Us

In March 2005 Dasia was diagnosed with DIPG when she was at age 7. She had never really been sick, no more than the common childhood colds or an occasional ear infection. But on that dreaded day we were told she had a very rare inoperable brain tumor. We sought out the best care we could find, which led us to St. Jude. There she went through Radiation and a Trial Study of Chemotherapy called Iressa. Dasia had 6 weeks of radiation and 3 years of Iressa.
