Our Warriors Who Inspire Us

Elijah was a playful kid with a huge imagination. He loved learning about and pretending to be different animals and dinosaurs and would spend hours poring over animal encyclopedias and watching David Attenborough documentaries. His little sister Genevieve was his best friend and favorite playmate. He also loved his cats, telling jokes, and the color orange. Born with gross motor developmental delays, he tackled physical challenges with quiet determination and an amazing sense of humor about himself and the world that even DIPG couldn't shake.
