1. What brought you to CSN?
I found CSN through moving to Cincinnati to attend Xavier University and seeing Cones for a Cure around Graeters stores. While searching post graduate careers I found a position open at CSN and starting digging a little deeper into who they were as a foundation and their mission. I quickly realized how this was no ordinary cancer charity but an organization with an end goal in mind: to find the cure to all cancers. Knowing the cause they represent and the drive the team behind it had I knew I had to be apart of The Cure Starts Now.

2. What I do at CSN
I am the Marketing and Communications Coordinator! I manage The Cure Starts Now socials, develop content, write press releases, connect with influencers and new outlets, as well as find new ways to spread the mission of CSN. From sharing the legacies of our brave warriors, to highlighting our chapters across the globe and sharing the impact your donations make through research funded and clinical trials.

3. What I like most about my job
I LOVE SOCIAL MEDIA! All aspects of it: forming strategies, content creation, building a digital community, connecting people to our resources, and showcasing all aspects of the CSN brand. Yeah I am really nerdy about it but it pays off!
I also love the people! The people I work with are some of the most talented professionals in the industry and I feel lucky to be surrounded by such a close knit group.

4. What moment have you cherished most at CSN?
Ok I have two!
#1 Dip Day or any day the staff gets together in the conference room for any reason other than a meeting. We all work REALLY hard so I cherish any time that we all get to be in the same room and celebrate what we've accomplished.

#2 Any time I get with Miss Addison Varns and her family. I always feel lucky when warriors come into the office but we have an advantage with this one as her Mom works for CSN so we see her pretty often. She comes in with a beaming smile and her energy radiates through the office bringing everyone out of their chairs and to wherever she is. Along with her sister and her dog Laney the Varns family always adds a little extra "happy" to the day whenever they walk through the CSN doors.

5. Many people would be surprised if they knew I…
was awake for my wisdom teeth surgery. I kept singing and talking to the surgeon and he had to tell me to stop so he could actually perform the operation. I am also Mike's Best Friend!
